Digital Implementation Manager

Looking for a Digital Implementation Manager to join our family business. 

Head office based in Great Barr, Birmingham. 

Sites throughout the UK.

The role:
  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to cost plan and implement a number of key projects including, a new online based Demoliton consultancy website / portal, website development and other digital implementation internal projects. 
  • Develop clear briefs working with the SLT 
  • Develop cost plans through engagement with industry specialsits that align with budgets 
  • Plan and coordinate with appointed specialsits to deliver successful implemntation of projects listed above 
  • Manage costs during implementation, ensuring compliance with budgets 
  • You will own project delivery from an operational perspective throughout the lifecycle of each projects 
  • Ensure the operational deliverables are managed to time, cost and quality. 

The right person will: 
  • Have project management experience 
  • Proven project implemntation experience, ideally in operations and administration roles 
  • High degree of numeracy and analytical skills 
  • Possesses a high level of drive and energy 
  • An overiding commitment to succeed 
  • Problem solving and decision making ability 
  • Actively seeks and is open minded to ideas 
  • Ability to manage own time and work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards, delivering within deadlines and having sound attention to detail 
  • Articulate with great communication skills 
  • Able to build effective relationships with all stakeholders and  gain the respect of customers and project teams

Skilled Diamond Driller (Coleman Specialist Cutting Services) 

Looking for a skilled NVQ qualified diamond driller to join our family business.  

Head office based in Great Barr, Birmingham.

Sites throughout the UK.

The role:
  • Cutting through concrete and steel reinforced concrete on various construction projects
  • Drilling through various materials using specialist tools and machinery
  • Floor, Hand and Wire Sawing
  • Robotic Demolition 
  • Inspecting plant and equipment ensuring it is fit for purpose
  • Follow instructions from your supervisor/ line manager and follow the RAMS for the works
  • Comply with all health and safety legislation including Company procedures
The right person will:
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence
  • Give proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • Be competent in all aspects of drilling and sawing, wire sawing and controlled robotics
  • Hold a CSCS skilled workers blue card with the relevant NVQ qualification
  • Be hard working, dependable and reliable
  • Have a good level of physical fitness
  • Can demonstrate a good safety awareness
