A STEADY APPROACH TO DISMANTLING When industry leading technology is used by professional teams, safe deconstruction and dismantling is possible in any setting - even for structures based in densely populated areas and bustling city centres. All bases covered At Coleman & Company, we follow the same process for structures within or adjacent to live operational process facilities as we do with any other demolition. Working closely alongside stakeholders at every stage, our professional teams develop detailed project appraisals, risk analysis and mitigation strategies to accompany ground investigation and structural surveys. From this, 3D models, AutoCAD drawings and scale models are used, and a detailed method - including any temporary works required - is designed and developed. Demolition scaffolding is used when appropriate, including sound attenuation and external sheeting to minimise sound pollution and environmental dust. The method of demolition selected always considers vibration minimisation. Working closely with colleagues from the Coleman & Company Specialist Cutting Services business, our deconstruction and dismantling techniques include wire sawing, track sawing, robotic compact plant, cold-cutting hydraulic techniques, and traditional hot works cutting. As a trusted deconstruction company with a long list of successful projects, we offer dismantling and deconstruction projects in whole or part, covering all structures including bridges, car parks, gas holders and listed buildings. View our projects page to see our credentials.
